For over two decades, Spear’s been working with young people aged 16-24 facing some of the biggest barriers to employment, such as poverty, mental health challenges and low qualifications.

Our unique coaching approach equips them with the skills and mindset to get work and thrive there; over 70% of those who complete the Spear Programme not only get into work or study but are still there a year later.

Government research ranks us as one of the UK’s most effective youth employment programmes.

Spear Brighton partners with trusts and foundations all over the UK, helping us to support over 473 young people so far.
