Les is Vice President Professional Services at Medidata Solutions. A civil engineer who transitioned to business consulting, Les led multi-national business reengineering deployments for blue chip clients during the 1990’s. During this time he built up a 350 person consulting firm in Europe and the US which he then sold. He later co-founded Clinical Force with the aim of changing the game in clinical trial management. This became the first cloud CTMS and the company was bought by Medidata in July 2011.
