Emma is currently the Café Manager at Bloom Café and Hope Centre – the hub of many church and city connections and collaborations, including Spear. Bloom is a space created by St Peter’s Brighton to see women’s lives transformed through hope, meaningful relationships, and skills-based opportunities. Emma recently completed Resurgo’s Coaching For Leadership programme which allowed her to fall even more deeply in love with coaching and all it is capable of unlocking within individuals. Previously, she studied Liberal Arts at the University of Birmingham where she researched the impact of employability training and social enterprises on individuals experiencing disadvantage. During her time at university, she also had the joy of interning at an incredible social enterprise in East London called Luminary Bakery. All these experiences have shaped her love and passion for all things coaching, young people, and Spear.
